Challenge
California American Water (CAW) is a regulated utility that provides service to customers throughout California. The company is committed to cultivating relationships with diverse suppliers.

Each year CAW is tasked with submitting an annual report to the California Public Utilities Commission detailing every dollar spent to women; minority; lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT); disabled veteran; and persons with disabilities business enterprises.

Solution
MNM created a contemporarily-relevant, clear and informational report showcasing the company's diverse spend. The report not only highlighted diversity events and meetings through accessible synopses with compelling imagery, but also presented organized, often lengthy, data tables showcasing every dollar spent with prime and subcontracted diverse suppliers.
