‘The newly merged Balboa Park Conservancy will work to keep Balboa Park magnificent’ SAN DIEGO - The Balboa Park Conservancy has merged with Balboa Park Central, the two sides announced today. The merged organization will operate under the name of The Balboa Park Conservancy. Conceptualized in early 2013, the two organizations worked together under an “Intent to Merge” agreement for the past year. The merger was finalized on July 1, 2014.
